退款政策
By placing an order with Bonzoopet Malaysia, you agree to the following terms regarding delivery, returns, and exchanges.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
- All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Customers must drop off the returned item to the courier company within 3 working days from approval
Eligible Returns/Exchanges
- Wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery Received
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photos/videos
Consumable Item
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for consumable items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- Any return or exchange request must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Non-Returnable Items
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window
- Opened or used items (except approved kibbles case)
- Perishable items
- Clearance or promotional items
2. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
- Processing time is typically 7–14 working days
3. Return Shipping
- Returns due to Bonzoopet Malaysia error (wrong or defective item) → shipping covered by us
- Other approved returns → customer may bear shipping costs
4. Right to Reject
Bonzoopet Malaysia reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions, including items not dropped off to the courier within the 3 working day window.
