By participating in the BonZoo Reward Points Program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The BonZoo Reward Points Program is available to registered BonZoo customers with an active account.
• Points will be awarded based on eligible purchases and promotional activities as determined by BonZoo.

2. Earning Points

• Reward points are earned according to the points structure communicated by BonZoo from time to time.
• BonZoo reserves the right to adjust the points earning rate, promotional offers, and eligibility criteria without prior notice.

3. Non-Transferable

• Reward points are personal to the account holder and are strictly non-transferable.
• Points cannot be sold, exchanged, assigned, gifted, or transferred to another customer account.

4. Redemption of Points

• Reward points may only be redeemed through the official BonZoo Rewards Redemption Page.
• Customers may redeem points only for items, rewards, or offers that are listed and available on the Redemption Page at the time of redemption.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other form of monetary value unless otherwise specified by BonZoo.

5. Points Expiry

• All reward points are valid for twelve (12) months from the date they are earned.
• Any unused points will automatically expire after the 12-month validity period and will be removed from the customer's account without prior notice.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated, transferred, or redeemed.

6. Returns and Refunds

• If an order is refunded, cancelled, or returned, any reward points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the customer's account.

7. Program Changes and Termination

• BonZoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward Points Program, including its rules, rewards, and redemption options, at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the BonZoo website.

8. Final Decision

• BonZoo reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all matters relating to the Reward Points Program, including points eligibility, redemption, and account disputes.
