Once your order and payment are confirmed, Bonzoopet Malaysia will drop off your order to the courier within 3 working days.
Orders are processed in the order they are received and may be delayed during peak periods or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times are estimated by the courier agent and may vary depending on location, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances:

West Malaysia: Typically delivered to your doorstep within 3–7 working days from the courier agent
East Malaysia: Typically delivered to your doorstep within 7–10 working days from the courier agent

Please note that these are estimates and Bonzoopet Malaysia is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Areas

We deliver within Malaysia only.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Bonzoopet Malaysia is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
For return shipments due to customer error, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
For returns due to Bonzoopet Malaysia error (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by us.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from the courier agent.
Please use this number to track your delivery directly with the courier.

6. Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by peak seasons, public holidays, or courier operational issues.
Bonzoopet Malaysia is not responsible for delays caused by the courier agent after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for being available to receive their orders or providing alternative delivery instructions if necessary.
